Amazing ! I honestly took this pension first because of the easy access during the constructions on Pražská street. But then I felt in love with the place. It is located in the middle of the woodland, at the end of a very calm street. There is a direct walking path to the city center. Rooms are huge and confortables - with powerful Wi-fi - and include bathroom with hair-dryer. I liked the boiler set with a wide range of teas and coffees, as well as sweeteners (liked the honey).
Breakfast is served in the other building of the complex, from 7 to 9am. The breakfast is served at the table, with a choice of the main dish and the beverage direct from the kitchen. Nothing better to start the day !

Amazing breakfast with the main dish and hot beverage prepared to order. Calm and spacious rooms with 24/7h access in the middle of the woodland. 15min by walk from the city center. Close to the main shops. Parking is free and directly in front of the building. No complicated gate to pass or restricted parking during the day.
The opening time of the breakfast should allow guest to arrive after 9am, it is quite early on week-ends.

Vynikající snídaně. Na přání jsme mohli ještě mimo vajec natvrdo dostat i míchaná, hemex nebo párky.
A chválím naprosto výbornou kávu.
Lokalita super, byl zde klid a ticho.
Prostorný pokoj.
Hodně měkké matrace, bolela nás z nich záda.

Clean, good location, helpful staff.
Desperately needs interior designer and “warm” finish of the corridors and rooms. Now it feels very cheap, unfinished, “cold”. Not welcoming you to stay one more time. Nothing drives you to spend there second night or second stay. The owner saved money on pretty much everything. If the price of the room was 40Eur/night ok. But for 70 Eur it is not worth it. Sorry .
PS: internet pictures looks much better than reality. Watch out.
