Location very central for Swansea, beds were clean and comfy, place smelled fresh, liked the automatic bathroom light always handy in a new place.
The £100 deposit was causing chaos at the reception as they needs a physical card or cash this should have been made aware before as an elderly gentleman had to go and get cash and come back and then queue again and 2 men in separate rooms the older one had to give £200 to cover them both and that was his kitty for the stag do. I get it’s city centre and they have trouble but seems excessive. The rooms have been refurbished but not a super high standard still they were clean and tidy just some woodwork etc needed tidying up but then excellent value for money and we only crashed after a night out so definitely will be back £55 cheaper than Travelodge
