WORST PLACE FOR A HOLIDAY!

The only positive was the location

Unfortunately the Staff were very rude on arrival upon checking in . We arrived just before they were leaving for the day so felt rushed by them. The Cabin we hired was not as it was advertised. We hired the Ocean breeze Bungalow for just over $1000!!! for three nights. Very EXPENSIVE for what we got. The room was the complete opposite . The rooms were absolutely filthy with mould on windows and in bathroom. The room was very dusty and unkept.My children suffer allergies and asthma so have returned home very unwell. The couches were very soiled, we would not sit on them. The bunk bed had loose slats so was unsafe to sleep on. We were left linen in big plastic bags to make our own beds. The furniture was very old and not in any good condition at ALL! The wifi did not work at all! The tennis courts were booked out the whole time so couldn't use them at least once. The place is very overbooked so all the facilities were at full capacity so we couldn't make the most of it. Every morning ( very early before 6am!!!!) children run outside your room screaming. No peace at all!!! This place has also a caravan park attached so its very busy. Overall it is the most disappointing trip we have ever had. We will definitely not book here again or any other nrma facility.

Memorable and hope to return. A big shout out to office and maintenance staff, v ery polite and helpful

Its location for the grandkids and us was perfect by the pool. The cabin was spacious, clean and very comfortable .

Great location with a view!

We enjoyed the outdoor bath with a view of the ocean, the fire place, comfortable beds, the rainfall shower head, and convenient to walk down the beach or walk along the paths towards Bar Beach.

Not a big deal but another mirror would be handy in the room.

One stop shop for the perfect family getaway.

Everything. We were very impressed with the exceptional presentation of the entire park. Staff were actively maintaining the grounds ensuring everything was up to standard. Staff were all VERY welcoming and accommodating. Great range of accommodation to choose from. Even though there were clearly lots of people on-site the way the park is laid out it did not feel busy (except the craft room on the one wet morning we had which restricted activity choices). Loved the range of activities to select from including the free craft activities for kids each day. Close access to beach, and local coffee van, which was an added bonus. The waterpark was a highlight for the kids. Hours of entertainment. We appreciated the text messages throughout our stay reminding us of events happening on-site (including movie night, wood-fire pizzas etc). There was so much to do that we barely left the campsite for our entire stay!!

The bed in our cabin was very soft - but understand this is a personal preference. The playground was small and did not meet a very broad age range. Main pool was not heated (which on the plus side meant there were never any crowds!)

No need to compromise on comfort

We stayed in the safari tents. If a view of the beach is important to you, check when booking as the trees have grown up and some tents have what could be described more as glimpses rather than a view. We had a view and could clearly hear the sea and see the beach. My husband even used the bath. He's a romantic, so loved the fire and four poster bed. I'm more functional and wished the fire wasn't decorative and gave out heat. I lost count of the number of times I stood in front of it! There is another heater in the tent, but if it's a particularly cold night you might need to use the provided blankets. It's a unique experience and definitely worth considering if you like the location but don't want to compromise on comfort.

Perfect location just north of Merimbula on the headland. We had an 'accessible' villa which suited our requirements perfectly. We left an item behind and on calling the staff about it they couldn't have been more helpful and it is waiting to be collected at reception (as we requested).

Location was amazing and the quietness around the cabins was wonderful despite there being so many people on the site.

It was somewhat annoying to be given a wifi password but no wifi network was visible or accessible except for in reception. If your wifi isn't strong enough to cover the property or the number of guests, don't advertise that you have one. A bit disappointing.

NRMA park is usually great and we have stayed many times, however, the seabreeze cabins are awful and for the price char

Location and amenities

Seabreeze cabin 2 is in terrible condition. There is a hole in the bathroom floor where the drain has fallen through. The kitchen shelves collapsed on my daughter when she was putting bowls away which then smashed everywhere. The bunk beds were unsafe. The partition to protect people from falling off the top bunk was too small.

distance to town centre was just a little too far to walk. wouldn’t be an issue but the taxi service in Merimbula is very unreliable. only an issue if you want to have a few drinks
