Excellent location near old city and plenty of facilities. Small but comfortable 2 room apartment.

Great location within 5 minutes of Diocletian Palace and rest of old city easy walk. Small two room apartment with living area, well equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. Shower was hot and powerful. Washing machine included!! No meals but lots of recommendations from hosts. I recommend Bepa for breakfast just 10 minutes away and for fancy meal, Portofino only 5 minutes away. Great produce market just across street and 2 small supermarkets, a couple of great bakeries, and plenty of ATMs! Host was really nice and helpful. She was able to arrange a parking spot on site, albeit small. WiFi was good. Bed was comfortable.

Apartment located up 2 narrow flights of stairs which it feel airy and open but hard on my knees!

Disappointing

location is great - near old city and the host was responsive.

it is effectively a B&B in an old run down building. there were no curtains and there was washing hanging outside our window. We could hear people arriving and leaving and walking around the whole house. the fair price is 1/3 of the listed price.

Scam ! Be careful

We did not see the owner. The flat we got, is not the one presented on the platform we had booked. The services are very inferior: the apartment is half-buried, no outside dining area, no desk, no sofa, sheets too small, used blanket, electricity not up to standard, garbage not emptied. Difficult-to-access parking space. As a result, the price of the room is very exaggerated. We feel we've been deceived!

The location is amazing, Vesna and her husband are lovely people. The apartment is very cute and comfortable.

I like the location which is so close to the old town where all the attractions are. I appreciated the host who reserved

5 minutes walking to the old town, grocery stores and pastries stores nearby .

The space was very small. Mirrors were hung very high, not a friendly setup for petite travelers. There was no dressing mirror.

Very good

Great location to Old town. Host available for any questions & responded quickly.. Knew it was sort of basement, but there is a window ( into someone's garden - so sunny & fresh air when needed). Plenty of room. Had soap & shampoo (bonus :) )

Very tricky to get key into door lock. Not good for anyone with bad back. Door is a step down (but you can't step down to access key/lock). And watch your head as your step down into your room. Bed could be moved away from wall a few inches to make access easier, especially because it was a very low bed. But no major complaints

Great location and lovely apartment with everything you need.

Beautiful apartment. 4 separate room, great kitchen, bathroom with washing maching, large open plan dining/living and comfortable bedroom. It also had a great deck with a cloths line that came in handy and we had dinner out there one night. It's literally across the road from the green market and the old town. Easy 5 minute walk from the ferry stop.

Homely apartment in a fabulous location. We loved it!

It is a very central location. Apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Host was very informative with local knowledge. Easy access to apartment. Shops really close. Nice neighbourhood and walking distance to all we wanted to see and do.

The bed was too soft for our comfort and perhaps it is time for a new mattress. The guests above were up at 5:30am sounding like they were doing a workout and then they would be up and down the stairs making no effort to be quiet. This went on for over an hour for 2 mornings. I was going to speak to the host but thankfully they left the next day. Otherwise it was a fantastic place and we would stay again.

Beautiful apartment centrally located

Beautiful studio apartment just on the edge of the palace walls. Walk across the street and you're in the center of everything. Vesna is lovely and her breakfast is creative and delicious. Parking right at the door is a big bonus. Clean, well equipped kitchen , beautifully renovated to preserve the character in a centuries old building. Highly recommend. Michelle and Bob

perfect spot to stay in Split

This place was in the perfect location, it had everything we needed. our host was so lovely and helpful, gave us great information on arrival about the town and showed us spots on the map. it was really helpful and gave us good bearings on location. Bakery, chemist and supermarket very close by and taxi rank, bus stop just a minutes walk away.

Great Location and Nice Accommodations

The location inside the old city walls was wonderful. The apartment was not fancy, but was clean, up to date, with fresh fruit upon arrival, and delicious cherry liqueur. The owner met us at the apartment, and the handoff to us was very easy.

When we got to the apartment, I was unclear which apartment was the one we were looking for. I should have a numbered address at the door. That created confusion.

Good for a night

The Apartment was very close to the city centre, check in was easy and the host was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also good!

We stayed in Room 1 on the ground floor. I mistook this room the be similar to the first pictures presented but it was very different. The room was very dark with a window into the neighboors yard and the bathroom (red in the pictures) was very out of date and uncomfortable. It was a good enough stay for a night but a bit expensive for the room itself. I can't speak for the other two rooms on the first floors.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location, super helpful host

Fantastic location; so close to the port and the Palace, and yet really quite quiet and calm considering how close. Really helpful and friendly host who couldn't do enough to help us. Really great facilities and very comfortable apartment. We had a small toddler with us and the cot provided was perfect for him and not too small!!

Didn't dislike anything.

Superb

Great location just outside the old town of Split. Hosts were exceptionally nice. We arrived early with a car and they accommodated us no problem. The apartment is nice and comfortable. Great little terrace with a view of the sea. It had air conditioning which is a bonus in the summer. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Exceptional

The apartment was great, decent size living and dining area so we could sit and relax in the evening. There's a hob in the kitchen so you could prepare food although there are so many really good but affordable restaurants that we ate out every day. The apartment was beautifully clean. We received a really warm welcome from Vesna who took time to give us some tips for places to visit and restaurants to try - we tried some of them and all were amazing!

Nothing, it was a great place and we had a great stay!

The location is excellent. It's both right in the heart of the city and at the same time out of the way and quiet. Vesna is a great host.
