Being able to stay and park so close to the city center is incredibly valuable, especially when you have only one night in Split.
The one-room apartment isn't big, but that doesn't really matter if you're spending most of your time out in the city.
It could use a good deep clean, though.

Very central location, ideal for exploring the old town, the Riva and getting ferries if you are island hopping. Our hosts met us and was very helpful, showing us the main areas to focus on, bakeries for breakfast stops etc. It was lovely and cool in our apartment which was ideal after a hot day out in the Split heat
Our apartment was smaller than we thought it would be and it was a bit tricky finding our way to it initially but once we got orientated it was fine. If you have a car then Google directions are misleading but our host was looking out for us and was able to help.

The bed was comfortable, close to the centre, helpful host with recommendations 👌
Coffee machine didn't work. Only one of us could have a warm shower. The door was difficult to lock and unlock 🔑
