The location was perfect - in a quiet spot but still very close to all the restaurants and bars Lagos has to offer. Walking to the beach is very doable, the closest one being a 15 minute walk. Also, the balcony in our room was incredible. Such amazing views over the city, it was nice to chill up there and read. Finally, Rita was amazing! She was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice on what to do around the city. :)

The terrace is superb! We had a bottle of wine there every night because of the view and quietness. Great location to walk to town and not be bothered by noise. Just a 5 minute walk to the main square and streets to have a meal, and not a long walk to reach the nearest beach. Even the cliffs are at a walkable distance! Train station is a 15 min walk which is very convenient too. Great communication with the host before, during and after our stay! Thanks for having us!
The bedroom can get a bit hot but there were 2 powerful fans to stay fresh. There was an AC machine but did not know how to use it properly, so we stuck with the fans and was aright!

Very basic, but has all you need.
When selecting the room it very specifically says on booking.com "sea view" as well as "terrace." This is not just in the main listing for the property, but the room itself. We were very disappointed when we showed up and there was no view and no terrace. The manager of the property brushed this off as if it were our fault, highlighting that there is a sea view and a terrace shared amongst all guests. We specifically booked a place with a view and terrace as I am 6 months pregnant and needing a lot of rest but still wanted to enjoy where we were. We arrived too late to change our accommodation so we stayed one night and left the next day. There was also no toilet paper.
