We requested a bathtub and were immediately given one as we had booked a room with one.
Loved the bathtub.
Its close to the subway and bus stop.
It's close to South Lake /Nan Hu
Arrived at front desk, staff did not greet, nor asssit with luggage
8.8 / 10Excellent·Dec 2018
The room is huge, the bathroom is modern and updated, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel is modernized and comfortable.
Very little support outside of Chinese, so foreign guests from several areas of the world had trouble checking in or asking for things. The location is not great, there's not much around and it's a pretty long walk to the metro.
