Breakfast buffet was generous, varied and delicious. We also ate dinner at the hotel cafe one evening and enjoyed the best curry ever! We spent the last two nights of a 20-day trip in this hotel and were impressed with the excellent service - at the front desk, the concierge and the serving staff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We are extremely satisfied with our 2-night stay at this place.
From the moment you walk in, you’re being greeted by kind and attentive staff members. The lobby is really beautiful and truly makes you feel that you’ve entered a premium place. Our room was very spacious with good layout and cozy, including the most comfortable bed that we’ve slept in during our travel through Japan.
Overall it was an exceptionally pleasant experience, I highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing, everything was perfect

The location was good. Parking is available at a cost.
Not a hotel. Room we booked was a standard double. The room itself was small, bearly any room to put suitcases. The carpet was grubby looking, it was dark and it had a musty smell. We paid more to be upgraded as we couldn't stay in that room. The upgraded room cost us double . It was better but it still had a musty smell, the bathroom and toilet both needed updating.
