Locate one block away from Kumamoto castle. Room with castle view.
Room very small. Limited space to open suitcases.

We had a late check in and our room were given to some other customers even though we had paid for the room fee. After an hour waiting, we had been arranged to another Daiwa hotel in Kumamoto. Not a smooth check in at all. Although the staff is polite, it was still tiring to wait after a long day out.
