Location and service was exceptional. Putting the heater on for my arrival was a lovely touch.
The shower needed maintenance.

Very comfortable bed & pillows. Fantastic size towels (bath sheets) great location to what we needed. Very noisy from upstairs patrons.
No hot water or any water from hot tap over hand basin in bathroom.
No teaspoons or stirring stick when making a coffee or tea.
Toaster provided but no plates to put toast on or a knife' to butter toast.
