The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can easily prepare something quick to eat. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Wi-Fi is also available. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to turn on the boiler to have hot water.
The sofa looks a little dated and could probably be replaced, but this was not a problem for us at all.
Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. He is not someone who writes or talks a lot, which was completely fine for us. We received the door code about half an hour before our arrival, so everything went smoothly. When we had a question, we also received a quick response.
We had a very positive experience and cannot confirm the negative things mentioned in some of the other reviews. For us, the apartment was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect for one night. We would definitely stay here again and felt that it was completely worth it.
:) One advantage is the air conditioning, which provides cooling in the summer.
The apartment is next to a street, so it can be a little noisy at night because of the traffic.

What i like the most is its near in the tourist spot its near in the seaside also market is 5-7mins walk and also its near in the hospital

The location is good - close to Old City and bus stop. After reading the bad reviews (lots made since booking) i was very nervous and expected the worst, but it was better than I expected.
The lack of communication from the host was disconcerting. There is no WiFi, or if there is, you are not given the password. The spiral staircase could be tricky for those with large suitcases and limited mobility.
