Superb location, great views of the Macquarie harbour. Clean and very comfortable.

The view is the standout feature of this place, the windows both up and downstairs are fantastic. The furnishings are dated and worn, has that over used feel. The kitchen and appliances are up to date and it’s a lovely kitchen to use and tasteful. There is a coffee machine but no beans are supplied so be sure to bring. The big spa is great!
That the price doesn’t match the furnishings and it really needs a deep spring clean. No head board on the bed which isn’t such a bad thing but the wall behind and under the bed is getting grubby. Bedding and pillows are basic, recommend taking your own pillows if you can. Downstairs is a great area and the view is unparalleled. I would certainly still stay here again it just wasn’t as luxe as I thought it might be.

The view from this property is absolutely amazing - it is simply outstanding.
Unfortunately the property needs a good clean. The window sills had dust and dead flies. The sofa is in need of an upholstery clean to remove the stains. The bed linen needs replacing as it has seen better days and there was evidence that perhaps had not been washed since the last visitors and the mattress certainly needs to be replaced. The other important matter is that the property advertise internet but we were unable throughout our stay to do other than log in to absolutely NO internet - which for us was a crucial point in choosing this particular property.
