Affordable designers' hotel in good location

I liked the design of the hotel, the size of the room, its location and that there was a very nice electronic toilet seat and big bathtub in the bathroom.

The window was very small and was given to the wall. We could not do the laundry ourselves and it was 10000 KW (expensive). They were not giving tea and coffee sachets for each day of stay and it was not free.

Good choice for those looking for stay near Dongdaemun

Strategic location, a walking distance from the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park train station (Line 4); there’s also airport limousine bus service to the Incheon Airport - the bus stop is located within 300m from the hotel.

Nous avons adorés Séoul et l’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait et bien desservis pour visiter la ville. Pas de regret

Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Les serviettes et les produits de salle de bain étaient changés tous les jours. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix. Ça reste un 3 étoiles et donc ça reste simple.

Par rapport aux photos, les dossiers de lits et les plafonds étaient un peu vieillis par le temps. Mon lit 2 places étaient confortable mais le petit lit était un peu dur.

clean : it’s no clean to live in… the bath has dirt that’s can’t be wiped. there’s many little rubbish in the floor that’s didn’t be cleaned before I check in. the bed sheet was old that’s so many pilling on it, when I sleep in I feel very comfortable and itchy. anyway I will not to live here again.

The Designers

They would clean well each day and there were shower gels and shampoo available.

The reception staff was snarky and rude. The room was too small for a family and the doors and lights made no sense. The fridge didn't really work.

A good base to explore Seoul!

They allowed the storage of bags in the reception both before check-in and after check-out to collect on the same day. The hotel is very close to the underground train lines and a lot of nearby places to explore even by foot. I found no problems with the wifi. Every time housekeeping came to clean the room, I got two bottles of water which is nice.

I mistaking brought convenience store food home, the kind that you usually cook in store. Although there was no microwave in my room, there is a 7-eleven right next to the hotel so thankfully I didn't have to waste it.

location is good and that’s it.

besides the bed to sleep, there’s not much to like about the property. bathroom design was questionable. pictures online looked better than the actual place and I regret cancelling my previous hotel booking and chose this…

Bad

The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Only one staff member was nice and she was a nice older woman with brown hair. Everyone else was very rude. Would never come back for that reason.

The staff Noise from the ac that was so loud it was hard to sleep. The rooms are much older and smaller than they made it seem. There were no bathrobes as promised. The bathroom slippers looked old and used.

Good location - 3 mins walk to the subway station.

The room, towels and bed sheets are not clean. The air conditioner comes with cigarette smell !!! We complained about this to the front desk but got no response!!!!!!!!!

Location wise it was good. There was a good selection of food and convenient stores around the hotel.

Booked 2 rooms of the exact same room but was given 2 different rooms although next to each other. There was some mold around the bath tub and a broken tile in the room.

Bad Front Counter Staff Attitude

The young front counter guy staff was extremely rude when we requested for a change of room as the room is not clean when I checked in. He started banging things right in front of us. If he wants to work in the hotel line, he should minimumly know how to respect his customers. It really spoilt my impression of this hotel. Hence, I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Great stay close to the subway, would stay there again.

The bathroom was really big and had a great bathtub! The bed was comfy and location was great, really close to the subway station.

The room needed a bit of maintenance, and was a little dated, but otherwise it was fine.

we enjoyed our trip but use of more facilities like food and room service could have made it even more better.

its Location is superb and the design of hotel was very unique and beautiful

there was no facilities of room service or restaurants within the hotel. Also small requests like extra blanket weren’t entertained by the staff. staff was also not very english friendly.

staff are very nice and helpful. I stay almost one month, it's make me feel like home and will come back this hotel for sure when I travel Korea again.
