Everything was as advertised. The property was extremely close to the sea, with an amazing view. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was tasty as well.

This is a small but very smart hotel in Centre of Ierapetra (no traffic, pedestrian zone, city plaza). Easily to reach the beaches of the city and the numerous options for food/drinks & shops at the seaside. Public parking (free) is very close.
The hotel is very clean, 2-3 „princesses“ are cleaning daily the rooms.
The managing lady at the reception - Mrs Fotini - is the good heart of the hotel and is always on good mood, happy to help with any assistance and ideas.
Breakfast could be managed little bit earlier. (We are no long-sleepers.)

-The aircon is powerful and heated up the room very quickly
-The bed and pillows comfortable
-Full blinds on the balcony door so it is nice and dark in the room
-Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment ;) but the staff packed me some breads and jams on request for which I am very grateful - I was able to enjoy sunrise at Xerokampos
-Access code entry after certain hours which made my journey convenient
-The room is VERY dated despite the lobby looking all done up (I thought I entered the wrong hotel!)
-The shower was the worst - cold and with a single stream of high pressure- while at the same time being only a trickle, one of the worst showers I have experienced in a hotel - on top of this the shower cabin itself is old and appears to be dirty (it was not)
-No parking (but available nearby)
