Close to town .Water was hot for the shower

The motel is of an older style with units arranged around a courtyard - with convenient parking spaces in front. The decor wasn't trendy, a bit worn but still comfortable with everything needed. The location is a short drive from the CBD but not walkable to cafes etc.
The internet code wasn't provided when I checked in and wasn't in the room. By the time I returned from an evening function the office was closed so that I had no access to the internet, which was annoying. Interestingly, I had access to YouTube and some of the pay channels like Netflix, but not to regular free to air television - at least not that I could find.

Good location, friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower was good.
There were stains in the bedding, and the sink in the bathroom looked like it had been on fire, which was slightly alarming.
