We arrived around 4 hours before our check in time and the manager was very kind to arrange for our rooms to be ready and someone to let us in before our check in time which was huge help. The property was very clean , very accessible, great facilities , nicely sized rooms and everything you could need available.
Our only downside was the shower. The pressure was rather weak and the temperature of the water kept changing from boiling hot to cold throughout. Not saying showering was impossible but it did make it uncomfortable at times. Also certain members of staff shouldn’t assume that they are not understood by their guests. ( little comments here and there on occasions) Other than that great place to stay, great location, very clean and great facilities available.
