Nestled in Agnes Water, this attractive house for $125 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: Great Family Beach home, in the heart of Agnes Water township, walk to everything! Two Storey home with Three Bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/living/dining upstairs. Huge verandah to enjoy the ocean views and check the surf conditions. Fabulous views from the balcony to the Agnes Water surf beach. Walk to shops, restaurants and beach, fully equipped home for a perfect holiday. Recently renovated, with outdoor shower at your front door and surfboard racks for safe storage. The Space: The house is set high to take in surrounding water views. Fully screened throughout, laundry facilities are available and a webber BBQ. Smart TV and continuous Wi-Fi access. 3 double bdrms and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Huge veranda to sit and relax while absorbing the view. Behaved pets are Ok, although there is no fencing on the property. Upstairs is a fold out sofa bed for extra young ones to sleep on, please BYO linen. Agnes Water is the northern most surf beach on the east coast of Australia. The house is in the centre of town, walking to shops and beach are easy The Neighborhood: As you are in a residential area, loud noises should be at a minimum. Rubbish Collection day is Monday evening for a Tuesday morning pick up. Please leave seafood scraps in Freezer until bin night. Do not place them in the residential bin prior. There are purpose bins at the 1770 Mariner carpark to dispose of your seafood also. Its best to put the bins up on Pacific Court for pick up. Other Things to Note: There is access at the back of the property to keep extra cars or boats. You can park on the empty block behind the house you access this via Pacific Crt. The Driveway from Captain Cook Drive is steep, but you come up to a high carport and a turn around area to drive down the driveway. Each arrival has toilet paper and washing up detergent dishwasher tablets dishcloth and scourer pad for arrival. We do not have an endless supply of these products please buy/bring your own for your stay. Saltnpepper and oil can be in the pantry however other guests will sometimes take them home with them !

I would not stay there again, no aircon and the driveway is not good.

Great pad to hang out at in between surfing and exploring the area. You can see the surf line up from the huge deck. Outside hot shower is a great feature. 5 min walk to beach and shops. Great restaurant across the road, it had live acoustic music on the Friday night. We will be back!!

It was lovely to stay there. Clean & comfortable. Only thing that worried me was the snake skin on property. That did not affect my rating & couldn't be helped by property owners. Easy check in process.

Property was very nice steep driveway is definitely accurate but easy to navigate in and out as well as the vacant lot behind the property being an option for those how have multiple cars. The The house was clean with beds made neat & towels in every room, kitchen was full of cooking equipment and appliances such as kettle,toaster, toastie press, oven and microwave worked as good as you could ask. No Aircon but that was not a problem seeing the ocean breeze was very cool we stayed during Summer and just opened up doors and made use of the many flyscreens throughout the house. The outside shower and surf racks were very nice touch and made things very easy, also to mention it being only a four minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very lovely assisted us with a late check out and reply was very quick. Balcony was very big along with the magnificent view of Main Beach at the same time having trees for privacy. An outdoor barbecue (Webber) was available and TV was new and Netflix available along with many other programs but we did not try and use though. All in all for the price this house is definitely a gem and will definitely be staying there next time we make a trip to Agnes’s.

Great location walk to beach. House was good the outdoor shower was a real bonus. Would have been easier to keep clean if the vacuum cleaner worked and there was some cleaning products. Overall suited our family perfectly and we all had a lovely holiday.
