Huge, cozy, affordable condo-home with many window views of sea and jungle! Loved location: not in town, but close. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony watching the boats, cruise ships, and locals swimming. Enjoyed watching a couple of movies on t.v., barbecuing, swimming in your clear-blue water on sandy beach! Even snorkeled and saw a variety of fish! Ruby was a dear and cleaned for us too! Would recommend this condo for a week or more stay!

This was our fifth trip to this beautiful beachfront paradise. I can't say enough about staying here. This home is the nicest vrbo that we have stayed at anywhere. Ledge is also by far the best host that we have ever had. We cannot wait until our next trip to cozumel. We know it will be at this flawless prperty with the very best owner. We had a great time at Vista Dulce! The condo was perfect, lots of space, very clean, I didn’t think we needed the housekeeper Ruby to come every day but it was a nice treat to have everything so freshly cleaned each day! The balcony each morning watching the waves was perfect and we snorkeled every day right from our beach! It was a great location with lots of excursion options! We highly recommend this spot!

This condo was perfect for our 2 week stay. The view is breathtaking. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath is very roomy and beautifully decorated. The small beach in front was a plus as most places do not have a beach. The pool has an ocean view and was by used by us most days. A taxi or car is needed to get to shopping or restaurants. We highly recommend renting this unit.

Our experience at Vista Dulce was absolutely perfect. The location was perfect. The condo was perfect. The beach and snorkeling right outside of our door was perfect and the freshwater pool was perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchen and space to relax in after being outside and in the water all day. Ledge and Fulvio are so easy to work with. One thing that I must note....I suffer from hip issues and our king size bed needed a bit more cushion to make sleeping more comfortable for me. I suggested a mattress topper for one of the beds and within hours, two mattress toppers were delivered and put onto each king bed in the unit. Wow. What service and accommodation. If you're questioning whether or not this is the right location or unit for your family get away, I can assure you a magnificent experience. The Lobster House and Key Lime pie 0.6 miles away from the property is something you don't want to miss! I am going to miss my morning walks, coffee on the balcony, and the sound of the waves crashing outside the bedroom door.

This has been our 4th time staying at Dulce Vista! It’s a great condo! Big and spacious all the way around; main rooms and 3 large bedrooms. Lots of natural light with views of the ocean and jungle! Maid service everyday is great and Ruby is so kind…we feel like she is family now! The owner is very responsive. We’ll be back. Highly recommend.

The 3 bedroom condo was great for accommodating our family. We appreciated that each room had a private bathroom. The views from the two master rooms can't be beat. The patio area was spacious and ideal for relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment. The daily cleaning service was an added bonus. We spent most of our time at the beach, we were surprised at how many fish we saw while snorkeling there. The beach club nearby was busy with cruise ship people, but was never overly crowded. Besides the beach club there wasn't much to eat within walking distance, but many wonderful places to eat were a short taxi away. The security staff were always helpful with information and getting us taxis, sometimes very early in the mornings. The owner was amazingly responsive and checked on us via email during our stay.

We were disappointed that it poured rain almost the entire time we were in Cozumel, but so glad we rented this property rather than staying at a hotel! Because we stayed inside a lot with the horrible weather, this place really helped make our stay very comfortable. We did a puzzle, watched movies, cooked meals, read books, and enjoyed time as a family. The sounds of the ocean at night were so peaceful. Ruby, the woman who cleans is so kind and Fulvio and Ledge were very responsive to our requests. Staying on the north end keeps you out of all the crazy traffic next to and south of the main square, so it is VERY easy to get around by car from this condo. It was perfect for our needs and we would love to stay here again.

We had a perfect family vacation at this perfectly beautiful and well maintained condo. It was comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for...up to date appliances, comfortable furnishings, 31/2 baths, great WIFI and streaming televisions, and gorgeous view from the huge balcony. The location and condo security were also top notch. We felt very safe and the short drive to town was so convenient. Our kids also enjoyed the snorkeling off the shoreline! Plenty of fish to see. We hope to return again!

I have to say this was the nicest and most convenient vacation rental I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. Not really the type to go anywhere more than once but will probably return here! Ruby was great be sure to tip her. Angel was helpful as well and quick and responsive. Thanks

If you are looking for the absolute perfect place for a family stay in Cozumel, this is it. The photos are on point accurate, unlike many other properties. The building is super secure, clean and in the best location. You can walk a short distance to town and the ferry but you are far enough away that the cruise crowds are nowhere near you. If you rent a car, there is no problem with parking.
The condo is spacious and has a priceless view of the beautiful blue Caribbean and crazy sunsets. It’s quiet at night and the beach club next door has some music during the day but it is background music to paradise. (In other words it is not loud at all).
Fulvio always answers your messages and can give you great tips to make your trip memorable and Ruby makes sure you can truly relax when you come home from a day on the water or exploring.
Don’t look at any other place for your family vacation. You will not regret booking Las Brisas. I was tempted to not leave!!!

We have visited Vista Dulce several times years ago and it remains the best place to visit! Ruby comes everyday to clean and leaves the apartment impeccable! The manager is extremely responsive and the security guys are so nice and became new friends. We brought our 2 kids and they loved every second of it. Snorkeling off of the beach is wonderful and on Sunday's you can walk around the beach and talk with locals. It is so much better than a big hotel and truly makes you feel like you are part of this wonderful island. We will be back again and again and again!

This condo has it all if you need it. Maid service, food service, beach bar next-door, beach, pool, sunscreen and tons of books to read and just relax. My family of six visited here for seven days. Ledge and Fluvio were super helpful and responsive with the resources they provide to help us prepare and enjoy our trip. We rented a car and spent a lot of time swimming, snorkeling and eating at the local eateries. We enjoyed our time here and will be back for sure.

Vista Dulce
This property was beautiful. Sitting on the balcony watching the crew ships come in and the beautiful aqua blue waters. We came here to snorkel. You can snorkel right off the shore in back of the condo. The weather was really windy for a few days so we where unable to snorkel from shore.The maid Ruby was so sweet and did a wonderful job of keeping the condo spotless. You are close to downtown. $7 cab ride. The food was excellent downtown and very reasonable. We rented a car but I really don't think you have to. There are cabs that will take you anywhere you want to go.
Cozumel is a friendly Island. The people are happy and very welcoming. We never felt unsafe.
Our only complaint was the beach club right next store. The people met there at 7am to go on excursions. We where only a few floors above the club. At 7 am the loud music and hooping and hollering would wake us up. Not good after a night of margaritas.
I would recommend this place to everyone.

This condo was amazing. It was so well stocked, so much room, and a huge deck. We like the north side- it is quiet. There is a small beach and small pool. Everything was great.
