Excellent relaxing holiday

Beautiful property in a good location. Clean with good facilities. Hot tub excellent

Struggled a little with the back gate. Struggled to open it, but then when it was windy it wouldn't stay closed so not secure for the dog

Nice Quiet holiday close to the beach

The bungalow is In a lovely quiet area . We loved the garden , and the living room area was great , the bungalow is clean and the good point they except dogs. Our well behaved dogs loved being so close to the beach.

We struggled to get in and out of the drive one day as the neighbour parked right upto the edge of the drive way . There was plenty of room for it not to do this so we struggled instead of disturbing them , no fault of the owners here . I do think the hot tub lid needs replacing It’s got alot of chemical build up on it . We’ve stayed here twice before and we had a lovely home made cakes and dog treats last time but nothing this time little touches make a difference . Also for us one of the beds were uncomfortable and had lumpy pillows so found it hard to sleep in one bed .

Excellent calming holiday

Very clean and homely. Had everything you could want or need. BBQ, towels, dishwasher which was a great help. TV's in bedrooms was an unexpected nice touch. Lovely beaches within walking distance.

I loved everything. We hope to go again.

location a team minute walk from the beach , very clean, comfortable beds, enclosed garden great for the dog, excellent shower, well equipped kitchen

two very steep steps at the front and back door, a problem as two people had mobility problems

Great place to relax

Very clean and comfortable bungalow. Garden safe for the dog and garden furniture available to relax. The hot tub was a bonus. The bungalow is in a residential road located back from the main road and as bedrooms located on the back of the property it was quiet enough for sleeping. A short walk to the beach but also conveniently located to go to other North Wales resorts by car. There is a shop, pub and fish and chip shop just a few minutes walk away

Very good

Jacuzzi was fantastic, my back knee and back benefited greatly. Location was perfect because some of the beach is restricted to dogs in summer but dunes plus park + beach was heaven. Had bikes if wanted. Garden good size. WiFi good, TV in bedroom room of a good size, living room tv super which was great. Local bowels and the Hut cafe not far for breakfast with dogs but don't open til 10am. This is a fantastic stay and if sorted mattress would be out of this would for a quite, accessable to amenities, local kebab shop amazing and local spar or short journey to retail. So much to see even off season. 100 of castles Llandudno a short trip. Crabbing exta. Loved 90% because we managed and got the needed down time that we all so desperately needed from our hectic and stressful lives. Thanks to owners.

The beds were too had and struggled to sleep. Sofa was super lovely. Could do with a topper to allow a little give for people with back issues of size even my son found hard. Room to change dinning area for another bedroom for partners who snore or Which would make it great for families with noise husbands or extra children.

Perfect location, garden was lovely and secure for dog, hot tub was great. It was very clean and very comfortable definitely go back again.

Great mini break in great bungalow.

Everything provided that you might need. Hot tub is fabulous. Everything is spotlessly clean. Great location. Garden is brilliant for a dog as it’s enclosed.

Lovely little property, great hot tub setup, nice walk on the nearby beach, very relaxing and peaceful. We were only there for a few days, but it is well located to visit a lot of North Wales locations.

Really clean and lovely house. Garden is great if you have a dog. Hottub and outdoor seating is appreciated. Off road parking is also great.Location is walking distance to rhyl or prestatyn. We really enjoy our stay, cannot wait to go back

Hot tub and garden was great and location was brilliant, beach was in walking distance.

No washing machine, unfortunately we had a sick child so couldn't wash any of the items he was sick on.

A lovely home away from home.

Everything we needed and more. The hot tub and Netflix were nice little touches. The short walk to the beach was ideal.

Shower was a bit slippery for the kids.

Excellent would definitely return

The Bungalow was very comfy and clean, the hot tub is a bonus. A little confused about dog restrictions on beach, signage unclear and we heard of people getting fined.

Excellent location and bungalow was very comfortable but private

WiFi connection was patchy. Toiletries advertised but only hand soap. Board games/puzzles not at property.

Excellent facilities and location

Beautiful property, had everything we we needed and garden was perfect for the dog. Extremely clean and excellent location.

WiFi code didn't work, didn't bother us as we had a good signal, but this may need to be looked at. Hot tub water needed changing so put us off using, seemed to be quite a bit of hair etc. Left very full so overflowed when used, but assumed this was previous guest

very well equipped in a good location close to beach. hot tub in garden was such a treat.

would be nice to have a bath but the shower is fantastic so makes up for this.

Amazing little place

The whole bungalow was lovely. Almost fully equipped (no washer but who does washing on holiday). The beds were very comfy. Amazing shower. The icing on the top was the hot tub in the shed, perfect for those chilly nights. Nice touch with a welcome gift and a Christmas tree. Golf umbrellas for your use if the weather was bad and blankets to snuggle in while watching the TV.
