Good location. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee service. Old style country feel. Old and small but very clean bathroom.

We had a nice big corner room with views across the town.
We couldn't get access and it took a long time to get an answer from the proprietor- so we were stuck outside for 30 minutes

Good heater which had been turned on before arrival, clean room, warm, good hot shower and water pressure. Central location in Castlemaine.
Lack of blankets other than sheets on bed, so reliant on heater for warmth, pillows were very thin and there was only one provided good pillow in the cupboard. No privacy with window blinds open. Very noisy other guests late into the evening.
