首先當然要先講價格，一晚1000整，cp值絕對是高的，服務人員也很好！
房間整潔度可以接受（阿如果有潔癖的人請忽略這句話），房間大小對於只是要商旅的人來說不錯。
離便利商店很近。
喔對還有符合人體工學的桌椅，適合辦公，讚！
廁所的門後面可能有一點陳年的痕跡，嗯。然後房間有一點螞蟻（但畢竟是花東，所以我是覺得就這樣吧哈哈）。對聲音敏感的人要考慮，因為冷氣運作的聲音、有的沒的的聲音確實會比較明顯。
