We were extremely pleased with the accommodation. The beds were comfortable and everything was provided to a good standard. It was a great location but as expected it could be noisy at times.
The upstairs doors were a bit squeaky, management offered to come round with wd40 but we said it could wait until we’d gone.

In the heart of Brighton - spacious and had everything you could possibly need.
Evening noise from restaurant/bar downstairs - although noise does stop around 11.30pm.
Did not stop us enjoying the accommodation.

Upstairs window only had one handle, so it wouldn’t stay open sometimes

Single glazing meant that sea gulls woke us up through the night and early in the morning
