The apartment has quite obviously not been cleaned in a very long time and the bathroom is revolting - both the sink and shower drains are blocked, the shower tiles are filthy, as is the rest of the bathroom - including the walls. The hairdryer has melted from overheating. We asked for drains to be unblocked twice, but this was not done - the technician looked and said he would return, which he did, but not to unblock drains. The rest of the apartment is also shabby: Kitchen tools and equipment are either broken or inadequate - there are no handles on pans, no oven tray, knife handle falls off, freezer needs defrosting. The electrical wall sockets had come out of the walls exposing the cables and are dangerous - these were supposedly fixed by a technician whilst we were there, but sparks came from one when used afterwards, Tiles on the floor are broken, the staircase looks like it will collapse. Very disappointing apartment. The apartment is not suitable for renting out.

Great location and helpful staff

Great location, very helpful host, microwave, reasonable size rooms, very clean. Very close to good restaurants and great tourist attractions

While internal stairs were highlighted, they are not for everyone. Toilet is up the stairs. Have to pick up keys from agency.

- La situation de l'appartement (pratique afin de visiter toute la ville). - Le prix du séjour. - Les équipements étaient convenables.

- Booking annonce une mauvaise adresse (bonne rue, mais pas bon numéro. Ce qui change pas mal quant au positionnement de l'appartement qui n'est pas dans la rue la plus charmante de la ville .) - L'appartement est malheureusement dans une rue un peu mal fréquentée et les odeurs devant le bâtiment sont assez... Fortes (mais c'est lavé tous les jours)
