Koala Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Koala Cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Isle of Wight. Shona and Amanda were absolutely fantastic hosts — incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, and they really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well presented. The breakfast was amazing too, with a great choice and everything cooked perfectly. It was certainly a great way to start the day! Godshill itself is a stunning village and a lovely place to stay, with plenty of character and beautiful surroundings. A fantastic B&B, wonderful hosts and a beautiful location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Koala Cottage again. Highly recommended!

Very friendly hosts. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was both generous and beautifully cooked.

Being an internal room on 3 sides it was difficult to ventilate without leaving the French doors to the room open at night. It would have been nice to have had a pre 9am option for breakfast available.

Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and amazing air conditioning! Delicious breakfasts and lovely hosts. Amanda and Shona make you feel right at home and nothing’s too much trouble - you will not be disappointed!

Nothing at all, it’s characterful and luxurious!

The property is well positioned and whilst secluded there was plenty nearby. The hosts were friendly and engaging making us feel very welcome. They were attentive and never missed an opportunity to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were fantastic, the best salmon and scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! The produce is local and of high quality as was the cooking. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable bed and pillows ensuring we had a good rest in between our busy days.

There was nothing about the property or our stay there that we didn’t like.
