La qualità della mensa scarsissima: poca scelta, proposta frutta vecchia e ammaccata, stoviglie non sempre pulite, nessuno ci aveva avvisato che durante il nostro soggiorno la mensa non avrebbe funzionato né la sera e né al pranzo
Il cambio delle lenzuola non è mai stato fatto durante i 9 giorni. Hanno cambiato gli asciugamani 2 volte solo perché abbiamo chiesto noi, mentre sul sito sostengono di cambiarli ogni 2/3 giorni; abbiamo dovuto chiedere di integrare il sapone perché nessuno controllava che fosse presente. Inoltre dopo il sollecito hanno pensato bene di venire in due per le forniture del bagno proprio durante l'unica mezz'ora della mattina in cui stavamo nella stanza per prepararci ad uscire.
