Perfect!

The host was so lovely. She went out of her way to help us and give us tips on what to do. She also spoke perfect English which made it a lot easier for us. The room itself was really comfortable, and got cleaned daily. There was also a kitchen available for cooking, and a big fridge to store food. Location was great, maybe 10 minutes walk from the main street in a quieter part of town. San Pedro is very safe though so it was great even walking back at night. Very very happy with our stay.

Great Staff

The owner was extremely nice and helpful and always cheerful and accommodating. The city center is a 7-10 min walk but there are convenient stores on the street and a Peruvian restaurant right around the block that served good food for the price in comparison to city center. There is a community kitchen where you can prepare your own food, tea or coffee. The wifi worked well as did the hot water. during the winter there is no central heat (normal throughout the town) so a space heater and blankets will be what keeps you warm.

Exceptional, would definetly return!

The room we stayed was quite clean and comfortable. The shower worked great and we didn't experience any lack of water or lack of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for a simple meal, breakfast or a tea/coffee. The location is close to the terminal, which in my case was good since I came by bus. Andrea, the hostess is a really friendly and great person, her help was invaluable to my trip.

Being on a street that is somewhat important and that has additional traffic might bother little with the noise, but that was a no issue for me since there was no noise during night time and since the hostel is within walk-able distance to Caracoles it was a perfect spot for a traveler without a car.

Exceptional

Andrea was angelically nice and sweet when I arrived at the hotel very sick (altitude) after a tour. I won't forget her kindness. The hotel is family-owned, relatively new with full facilities. There is a store across the street I could get anything that includes fresh fruits. Highly recommended to any tourists.

All were good. Nothing to complain about.

Great hotel for quiet night of sleep!

excellent hotel, staff was very friendly and super helpful! clean place, very quiet and cute cat to greet you :)

location is far so takes time to walk to center, Wi-Fi isn’t reliable but faster than my previous experience in other hostels in San Pedro

Super clean, amazing host, highly recommended!!

Our host Andrea was super kind, helpful and such a warm hospitable genuine person. She and her family kept the place super sparkling clean, the quality of cleanliness was spectacular. She was also super helpful to tell us where to eat, to take care of us before the Geysers trip, and to leave us very clear instructions on how to come in when she's not around. We felt safe in the hostel, and it was very quiet at night as it was not along the main street.

Nothing! Maybe the walk from the main street, it took us 10-15 min to walk back and forth, but it's worth it for the quiet in the night.

Comfortable, friendly, quiet - and great staff

The manager, Andrea, is probably the most helpful hotel manager I've ever met. Also great to chat with! 5-10 minute walk to anything in town, but silent at night. Comfortable beds, nice and warm at night. Definitely book this place! You'll want some comfort after long excursions at altitude.

Superb

Very clean accommodation in a quiet part of town. Kitchen facilities were very good. Host was extremely helpful and informative. Hostal was a 10 minute walk to the main street and close to the bus station.

Exceptional

The owners and staff are great; super-friendly, providing all kinds of tips, as well as safe parking space. They get up in the middle of the night to help you get your car out of the garage. The room, albeit small, is very clean and all rooms have been recently redecorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. Conveniently close to the (small) bus station, but no noise.

Nothing negative to mention. Like elsewhere in Chile, rooms are relatively expensive compared to Argentina.

The place is perfect in every respect: very quiet, clean, comfortable, with a nice patio outside an a full equipped kitchen. Staff extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommendable.

We were here for 3 nights, staff was so friendly and accommodating, we loved it!

We liked everything. Clean rooms, great bathroom also very clean and contemporary. Every day clean towels! Absolute clean and great kitchen to cook in, everything works perfectly. Nice area outside of room to sit and eat. Also a great rooftop and for a little fee you can do the laundry. Walking distance from centre very close to bus station. The place is quiet and
