We only stayed one night. The staff was nice and helpful, room basic and breakfast buffet generous.
We only stayed one night but I wouldn't stay longer. It was further from the station and ferry landing than I thought.

Toilet utilities are available at every floor. Location is great, about 5-10 minutes away from Hakata Shinkansen Station.
Konbini 50m next to the hotel.
Staff seems quite 'cold', they do their job but don't do more than that -> nor friendly nor helpful -> very low in regards to japanese standards (the least good among the 20ish hotels I stayed at during my 2 months in Japan).
Room is quite cramped (did stay in hotels that were cheaper with a wider room, might have to do with the fact that it is relatively close to a Shinkansen station?).
