We had an amazing stay at Niseko Kashinoya. Shingo and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming — they truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
We also had the chance to experience authentic Hokkaido cuisine, which was absolutely delicious. Everything was excellent.
Shingo is such a great guy — super friendly, relaxed, and full of good vibes. We would definitely love to come back!

Really friendly staff, great food included was nice to try all the Japanese style foods. 20 min walk from town and lifts so super easy and convenient to go out. All very clean and well looked after would go back for sure.

Great location, Shingo makes getting to the slopes easy with a free shuttle. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and healthy Japanese food. Great value for money.

Shingo (the owner) fosters a warm and welcoming community for all his guests. You will feel part of the family as soon as you walk in. All the staff and the rest of Shingo’s family are super friendly and nice.
If you have the option, definitely go for the included breakfast and dinner! Everything was fresh, homemade and delicious. We stayed for 4 nights and every dinner was new and exciting. Our first night started with their famous gyozas and hot pot!
Rooms were very comfortable/cozy as there are only 4 rooms in the hostel. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Hostel was an easy 15min walk to get into Grand Hirafu so it is far enough away to be quiet but close enough to easily walk to more restaurants, bars and etc.
