Excellent location. Short walk to the lift and very close to many food options. Staff is helpful and answers questions about the area.
Personally I prefer Japanese breakfast. The breakfast provided was plentiful and good however it caters to Western tastes.

Great location right off the main strip. Right near the food vans and Mart which was super convenient. About a 5-10 minute walk to the chairlift. Plenty of gear storage space and the buffet breakfast was a welcome addition.
Unfortunately the staff were unengaged and generally lacked a high level of service. The majority of staff were young kids and were visibly uninterested and/or awkward. You'd expect a warm welcome and warm goodbyes at the very least, which we failed to receive.
We asked well in advance to book 2 rooms close to each other, however were given rooms 3 floors apart. The water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold which is certainly unpleasant after a long day on the slopes.
Overall our stay was satisfactory.
