Café da manhã bem variado, com diversas opções de bolos e frutas. Reposição constante e itens selecionados. Equipe atenciosa. Lugar bonito e acolhedor para hospedagem.
A iluminação do quarto. Havia um spot central no teto e duas arandelas laterais de cabeceira. Ainda assim, sentimos falta de mais luz. A falta de suporte para apoiar os pertences, como ganchos. Não havia onde pendurar as roupas molhadas, por exemplo. Com o tempo chuvoso, seria interessante ter onde estender a fim de favorecer a secagem.

Boa acomodação e bom café da manhã. Localização é boa se estiver de carro, fica a poucos minutos do centro e das atrações turísticas da cidade
Um pouco de barulho nos quartos, dá pra ouvir pessoas conversando em outros quartos e até os funcionários na recepção.

Ótimos atendentes, limpeza e organização, comida maravilhosa, e tem uma cozinha aberta para usar a qualquer hora. Tem chás e café livre. Sala de estar maravilhosa tb.

The setting of the place was nice among the trees. Our room was at the back of the property without any views but quiet and clean. Pool was good
We originally booked a chalet but we find out when we arrived that it was along a main road with noisy trucks passing by. It should have been disclosed in the website that it was the case. So we asked to be moved in another room at the back of the property that was a lot less expensive. They agreed but the owner contacted on the phone by the very polite staff did not want to refund the difference. So we ended up in a room with no noise but we spend a lot more that we should have .. At the breakfast there was only one very efficient staff but she was not able to handle the massive amount of work as they had nearly a full house occupancy . So there were a lot of used plates cups etc left on tables and even near the food buffet ( not hygienic) Really they need at least 2 people for the job. But I commend the all -in one cook/waiter who was doing absolutely her best!
