Location and comfort of the lodge.
Cafe wasn't open until the day of leaving and the Poolside bar was only open on the evening before leaving.

The location is great! The holiday park itself is fab! Lots of friendly people, very helpful and chatty, facilities were also great at the holiday park.
The Cabin itself? My remark was “I guess it will do” it’s dated, in desperate need of a deep clean, it absolutely stunk when we arrived, like wet dog, that kind of old man with wet dog smell that gets on everything, the furnishings, the linen, we didn’t unpack because we didn’t want our cloths to smell. I did message the owner whom did say the previous person had a dog, but it had been cleaned and it had, but an air purifier would have helped. I had to leave the property with all the windows open to air it out. And just the odd jobs that need doing, like paint the outside it’s wasted left to decay, fix the little jobs, the plug in the kitchen, the floor boards and skirting, replace the cooker it’s rusting, the little things just need attention, it’s a nice little place, I would stay again, if the a deep clean is done and the little jobs done. Maybe stay a couple of nights in it yourselfs and see how its functions as a space.
