I love the place and other facilities because everything is near to our room.
I went there last week of August 2025 with our VP and what I didn't like now when I came back is the breakfast settings. Honestly, last year's breakfast buffet is so good with basket of bread unlike now, it looks like regular hotel breakfast like 4 stars below. I went also to Our Habitas and their breakfast is really so special. I love Shaaden but you can go better if you improve the breakfast buffet. Have some electric bike as well to have adventures for guests.

Beds were comfortable and the room clean. Staff were very nice.
The hotel is so under maintained. In the pool area the tiles were coming off the floor, also inside the pool. Outdoor furniture were old, used and covered with thick layer of dust, (same on our terrace), sun beds were stained, looked really gross. There are no proper roads, which apparently the resort decided to fix on a Saturday…
