Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process and 24 hour desk made it easy to check out way early in the morning to catch a train. Everything was clean. Loved the balcony!

Wonderful hospitality shown from housekeeping and receptionists. I am impressed with how things are run and the kindness displayed by staff. Very close to the main square and 5 min walk from metro station to go to the airport. The free ice tea is delicious. Thank you. WiFi worked well.

Some of the most friendly staff (e.g. Monica)! Location is unbeatable.
I would leave a much better review if not for the last night of my stay I realized there were bed bugs!! Because I needed to rush to the airport in the early morning, I didn’t get any chance to share in person so I sent them a message reporting the bug issue. They came back with a nasty tone blaming me and questioned why i didn’t say it at the spot.
