The hostal was beautiful, with an incredible courtyard for sitting and very friendly staff. Paulina was amazingly helpful and made our trip smooth and easy. Location couldn't be better!

Amazing family stay in this beautiful decorated hotel in Otovalo town centre. Extremely kind staff, very comfortable beds in very clean bedrooms, delicious breakfast, all for very affordable cost! A peaceful hotel with a secret lush garden full of pretty flowers and trees, we spotted few hummingbirds! Less than 10min walk to La plaza de Ponchos, market and restaurants. Highly recommended

The breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make sure I enjoyed my stay. And I did.

The staff was kind and considerate. The place is neat and cute.
There is loud music that plays until 3A in the morning, and the dogs bark all night. The walls are just not sound proof and it is off of the busy road where everyone comes into Otavalo so not an ideal location for good sleep or relaxation.
