What an unexpected pleasant surprise! I chose this place because it is directly across the street from my daughter's apartment. I was visiting her for the week.
- Easy to get to from Bentencho Station
- Clean, modern, with a fun, relaxed vibe
- room was good size. SUPER comfortable bed!!!! I flew in from Washington State USA. 9 hour time zone difference. This means I wake up at 02:00 and am miserable for at least 2 hours until I pass out again. Usually, I will lay there noticing every pain and discomfort. This bed was just : "Ahhhhhhh... feels good!"
- Laundry facility was clean, affordable, and all machines worked!
- Wonderful breakfast
- the staff and reception gets a huge 10-star +++++++ many stars. Very professional, yet also welcoming, gracious, helpful, and FUN!!!! There is a relaxed, welcoming feeling about this place that is just wonderful.
- surprise of the stay was they set out a lovely spread of refreshments (drinks and snacks) from late afternoon until late at night, and just help yourself and relax in the common area.
Might be the best deal in Osaka. Or at least in Minato ward.
I have no compaints.

Hotel has good vibe due to vinil players in the room.
Happy hour was nice.
Vinil collection very poor for my taste. 😂
Long way from train station, but is was not a problem for us.

Mins from station. Quiet location, clean and friendly
Not much of an atmosphere in the communal areas although was quiet.

Comfortable beds and good facilities
Staff were not welcoming, rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to traffic especially motor bikes
