About this condo rental
Located in Friday Harbor, this lovely condo for $230 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This tastefully remodeled abode is a one-of-a-kind with patio space on Spring Street beside the famous camperdown elm tree. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with an adjoining master bath. Relax in the extra large Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a comfortable sectional and pull out sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and tastefully finished with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This property also has its own private parking space for your convenience and is close to all town amenities. This a no-smoking property. NEW FOR ISLAND TRAVELERS If you are driving on the ferry (walk ons don't need to have reservations), there is now a reservation system in place to get to and from the San Juan Islands from Anacortes and Victoria. You must plan ahead and make your reservations. The Washington State Ferry reservation website is:

There is on-site parking, but consider walking everywhere. The room has ample space for 4 people, there were only 2 of us.
The bed was firm, which I really loved. Linens were clean, soft. Plenty of blankets.

Holly's place was impeccably clean, neat and comfortable for our week long stay. The location, in the heart of Friday Harbor was so convenient...walk to everything you need including the supermarket. Plus a parking spot. It served us well and we would return in the future, especially since we give Holly credit for the perfect weather all week long :)

The Treehouse was perfect for our visit to Friday Harbor. It was spotless, and had several convenient touches. The location is perfect for walking anywhere downtown and very convenient to the ferry. Would definitely stay here again when we visit.

Nice, small apartment close to everything we needed. The space was clean, cozy and very well appointed. So nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to grocery store and restaurants. Lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay so comfortable. Would recommend to anyone couple coming to Friday Harbor

Holly has beautifully designed and decorated Treehouse. We were very comfortable. The finishes in the rooms are thoughtful, high-end and visually appealing. And you can’t ask for a better location. It’s quiet and removed, and just steps from town itself.

I loved this place. Perfect location, very clean and comfy. The place had everything I could think of (we didn't need most of it, but I took note) from cozy blankets, to cooking oil to starbucks vias for that first morning cup of coffee. Thank you for being flexible and generous with us Holly! I highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the treehouse! It was the perfect little place to use for our base while exploring the island. We loved walking to the shops and restaurants close by. We will return!

The unit is neat and clean, very well equipped, everything worked BUT … there are virtually no windows: the door window is covered with “stained glass film”, the bedroom escape window frosted, 2 of the 3 tiny windows at ceiling height look at underside of stairways, and you can see the sky thru one 1’x2’. Just be aware. The location right downtown is convenient, especially if you were to come without a car.

We walked everywhere we needed to go in town. The living space was well laid out, and the kitchen well-equipped. Dining table was generously sized, and had cloth napkins. We were doing physical labor on property we own, so the jetted tub and the laundry were both very welcome. Bedroom is a bit cramped, but I'd take the queen bed provided over a full - however, someone with limited mobility should think twice. It was chilly and windy when we stayed in April, so we didn't sit out in the patios. The front one is very attractive; the back sitting area is adjacent to the parking lot where the refuse cans are also kept, but a handy spot to set things when loading and unloading. The host requests you do some chores on departure; moreso than other places we've stayed: start laundry with towels/sheets, start dishwasher, and take out trash and recycling. Overall cost. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse Suite. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. The kitchen was the perfect size and having a market within walking distance was super convenient. The bed was a little too soft for our liking but everything else was very comfortable and clean! Very nice tub in the bathroom and the host provided a lot of helpful instructions and information prior to check in. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was fine. The photo is deceiving since the front door of the unit faces a gravel parking lot. It was also very hot (rare!) and the AC units were just ok. Overall, it was clean and well-equipped- great location close to everything. Be aware that you are sharing walls on all sides and the patio is not private.

We enjoyed the proximity to all businesses in Friday Harbor in this bright, well laid out condo. Holly was very easy to communicate with even when we had a last night power outage.
We would definitely recommend this property for a couple visiting Friday Harbor. Very enjoyable.

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The hosts thoughtfully placed near the bed a charger with multiple plugs to fit many devices. Bag chairs were provided for outings like the music festival. The condo layout made wonderful use of the space and because it had everything you needed, it was easy to feel at home between adventures. The location was close to everything in town. This was a perfect stay for our San Juan visit.
