Absolutely wonderful property — beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. We stayed here as a family of six and had more than enough space for everyone.
The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, and the property has everything you could need, including plenty of kitchen equipment and other amenities. The terrace was one of our favourite parts — such a lovely place to spend the evenings together. And the pool was an absolute lifesaver during the July heat! It was perfect for cooling down and relaxing after a day out.
The location is also very convenient. It’s around a 10-minute walk from Cannes train station and about 15 minutes on foot to the Old Town.
The only thing future guests should be aware of is that the property is located slightly uphill, so getting back from the centre or the Old Town involves walking up a hill. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind when choosing the property.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. A fantastic property, especially for families or larger groups. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

La piscine c’est vraiment un vrai plus.
L’emplacement est idéal le barbecue top, il y a beaucoup de climatiseur dans la maison.
Niveau cuisine, il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut.
Les trois chambres à l’étage sont vraiment très belles.
Plusieurs enceintes dans la villa pour la musique.
Beaucoup de voisins autour.
La lumière dans les chambres car il n’y a pas de volets ou de rideaux qui occultent totalement.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home by the property manager Éliane. She was warm and welcoming, answering all our questions and giving us tips on the area. She really made the stay excellent.
The pictures don’t do the space justice, and we were impressed that the house was even nicer than we expected. Air con was a dream on the hot afternoons, and the outdoor barbecue gave us the chance to make our dinners at the house more fun.
It was the perfect house for a group of friends for a long weekend.
