Decepcionante

Ubicación

El apartamento no coincidía con las fotos que habíamos visto ni con la dirección que consta en Booking. Estaba en el primer piso y justo debajo había un bar, del mismo dueño, que la primera noche tuvo la música a tope hasta casi las dos de la mañana, haciendo imposible dormir ya que hasta el suelo retumbaba. Nos quejamos antes de subir al apartamento, pero nos dijo que no podía hacer nada, y que era lo que había, así que nos tuvimos que resignar y estar sin dormir hasta la madrugada. Después de nuestras quejas, al día siguiente, nos ofreció cambiar de apartamento, pero al final no fue posible dado que la comunicación con él era imposible ya que respondía a los mensajes cada dos horas y no podíamos estar pendientes de él todo el día, con lo que de nuevo tuvimos que dormir con música del bar de abajo hasta las 2 de la madrugada aunque con un poco de menor volumen. Por otro lado, la limpieza general del apartamento era bastante escasa, toallas insuficientes (solo había las 4 de la ducha, no había de manos y sólo 1 de de ducha para los 2 baños). No había secador, tuvimos que estar pidiéndolo. Aunque ponía que tenía ascensor, solo lo pudimos utilizarlo una vez ya que nos quedamos atrapadas en él (no funcionaba bien y debía ser un problema de todos los días por lo que nos comentó el dueño). A pesar de que dos de las personas del grupo tenían problemas de movilidad, tuvimos que subir y bajar andando el resto de días (menos mal que era un primer piso). En resumen, una experiencia decepcionante que no recomendaríamos.

Fantastic value for such a brilliant location

Host was amazing We got lost looking for property he came and found us then showed us the property then Took us to the parking which is secure and close by He helped us carry our bags from car park to apartment . Brilliant location right in centre and Christmas markets right outside Can be noisey late at night but we expected that due to excellent location so didn’t bother us Large apartment with lots of space

The shower room is in need of updating due to some damp and mould but this didn’t impact our stay

Perfecta ubicación

La ubicación es inmejorable, enclavado en edificio enfrente de la bolsa. El apartamento es amplio, 2 baños completos y cocina. Todo bastante nuevo. Tiene ascensor. Y algo importante para nosotros, el vuelo salia por la tarde y tienen guardaequipaje a 3 minutos del apto. Salvo pequeños detalles que comento mas abajo, el apto es perfecto para una estancia de 2 noches como hicimos nosotros.

El baño con ducha podria dedicarle unos minutos a cambiar toalleros, alcachofa de ducha y porta-geles ya que esta oxidado y el picaporte de la puerta está medio roto. No encontramos secador de pelo ni mechero para encender la cocina. Nada relevante.

Great central location but noisy at night

Couldn't get more central, just behind grand place. Very large and spacious apartment with great view. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Fount the beds extremely comfy. Staff very friendly. Description states balcony/terrace though this doesn't have one. Though we didn't need one so not an issue. Apartment is on the 4th floor but does have a lift

The apartment could do with a few minor fixes. Few door handles were loose. The hot water kept swithing off. We worked out how to switch it back on, but maybe you could leave instructions on how to do this. The location is amazing but as you are so central it is also very noisy at night.

Wonderful location and would stay there again, recommend it.

The location was excellent the apartment was super clean and it was easy to collect keys. The view from the large apartment windows of beautiful buildings is breath taking. There are coffee shops nearby, it is very central.

Die to the apartments central location is not suitable if you need absolute silence to sleep

A well located but badly serviced apartment

The location and size of property only. Brought a third bed when asked, as we were three women and ine man

Poor cleaning, lack of dish detergent, no shower gel, linen not ironed giving the sense of being unclean. Although it said it had three beds it had only two double beds.

Enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this place to others.

Great location, very close to the famous attractions and lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The host was very helpful and checked up on us to make sure everything was ok during our stay.

The elevator was tiny and sometimes stopped in between floors.
