About this lodge
Situated in Mount Holly, this charming lodge for $770 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our Lodge in Mount Holly has been completely redesigned to accommodate large groups that want a true vacation in the mountains. This amazing property has a fabulous open layout and amazing architectural features. We have taken all that was good and updated the property to combine a great old lodge with all the modern amenities. Enter via the mudroom into the large main living area with a full kitchen, living area and dining area. This level has 2 large bedrooms & a full bath with soaking tub. There is also a small bedroom with a daybed & trundle which can be used as additional living space when not in use. (In summer best to leave this room unoccupied for access to the pool deck) Looking up to the 3rd level you'll see the 3rd floor balcony off what we like to call the 'bourbon st' bedroom. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a full bath with shower. The lower level has been overhauled to the create ultimate pub. Pool table, wet bar, big screen, shuffleboard, outdoor hot tub. 2 add'l bedrooms & bath in LL. The layout - Main level: Dump your boots and skis in the mudroom and step into an amazing space. The main level of our home houses the living, kitchen and dining areas. This space boasts a fabulous open floor plan with partially vaulted ceilings and a wild wagon wheel chandelier. The living area focuses around the large stone fireplace and flat screen TV (satellite). The kitchen is well stocked with large and small appliances as well as everything necessary to cook for your large group. You will love sitting down to eat that meal at our custom 12' dining table with seating for at least 16. Other features include a beautiful stone fireplace and barn style doors that can be closed to create a private 7th Bedroom. Additionally, there is a full bath with soaking tub and 2 large bedrooms on this main level. The layout - Lower Level: Step into your very own pub. As you enter the room you'll find a beautiful pool table alongside another stone fireplace. Off to your left....the bar. Gorgeous green leather bar stools pony up to the custom live edge bar top. The bar area has its own TV, a sink and dishwasher and full size refrigerator/freezer. The door just behind it accesses the hot tub area. The far side of this large space contains the seating area and large TV/DVD. Beyond that, the 12' shuffle board table. Plaid carpet and recessed lighting give the space an amazing look! The final 2 bedrooms are on this lower level as is the third full bath. Additionally there is a utility room with a washer & dryer for your laundering pleasure. (I have 3 young boys...laundering is never a pleasure) The third floor: Two large bedrooms and a full bath with shower make up the third floor. The Bourbon Street bedroom has french doors that open to small catwalk overlooking the main level (BYOBeads) The other large bedroom on the third floor has gorgeous views of our property. The shared hall bath has been completely renovated and has a large shower.

We loved our stay here! Loved the layout with 3 floors. It fit our 7 families perfectly! We traveled with 3 under 2 years, 3 teens, and 11 adults. The giant table fit us all at meal time which was so nice! Loved having the fireplace on the 2 bottom levels and full bathrooms on every floor...and there were no cold showers even with the large group we had! The hot tub was clean and worked flawlessly! There was plenty of parking space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. It really helped having tvs on both levels with a bar and pool table and shuffleboard downstairs for those who wanted to stay up later or be louder, and a more chill hangout environment on the main level. Also communication with the landlord was supurb. She was easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive and helpful. 10 minutes from Okemo and 35 from Killington. Would absolutely recommend this place or head back here again.

Really enjoyed our stay! Great family getaway with friends. I would just note that the basement is definitely musty smelling and the grill was very dirty. Other than that, it was truly a fantastic time.

This house worked beautifully for our sibling get together, large enough that a few nieces and nephews were able to spend a couple of nights.
The kitchen is a dream to work in and the best stocked kitchen with cooking and baking dishes, pots and pans
The house was clean and check in was a breeze. Communication with the host was wonderful. The lower level was a bit damp and musty but with all the rain we have had this summer i was not surprised. The whole area was under water just 3 weeks prior. I came prepared with charcoal odor eliminator bags for each room which work great. I carry them everywhere

The house easily fit 17 of us from 1 to 63 years old, although I suggest a baby gate to keep from going up and down stairs endlessly. The ping pong and pool tables were a big hit. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. We stayed after Vermont was flooded so we did have a few minor things, but nothing that ruined our vacation.

We had the best time at this property. We never even left the house! So much room to all hang out together. We had a nice dinner in the brand new kitchen and all sat at the large dining room table together. Loved the basement and new hot tub! Everyone had an amazing time Thank you Amy!

This house was clean, SO FUN!!!, well located 10 minutes to Shaws and liquor store, 5 minutes to buttermilk falls, close to plenty of hikes. This house has a table to fit our party of 15, pool table, shuffle board, pool, and hot tub! Enough beds for everyone to be comfortable and plenty of kitchen supplies. Thanks so much for letting us use this wonderful house!

Once a year we rent a place so that my wife and I can get together with our three adult daughters, spouses and grandchildren. The Gray summit home in mount holly was great. Plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep ( including children), and have fun. Basement area was a magnet for fun. Also, easy access to Okemo ski area which is just down the road .

The vacation was smooth from check in to check out. The owner communicated everything that we needed to know to make our stay as seamless as possible. Only draw back is the cellphone service but we had Wi-Fi and a land line. Great Time!

Our large family of 19, ages 3-70, stayed all together for the first time to attend a memorial service in the area. We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of fun for all ages, the indoor shuffleboard was a big hit with many. We all wish we had more time to spend there. The hostess was great and was very informative on what to expect prior to our arrival. I have already recommended this property to a colleague who is an avid skier.

This is such a great house! We are a group of friends who go on vacation with our families every year. There are 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3mo - 8 yrs).
The house is very big, 2 huge bedrooms upstairs with a ton of beds. The first floor is a very open space, great kitchen, huge dining table for group meals and a nice living room area. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st as well as an additional room with a bed if needed. The basement is a cool hang out spot with pool table, shuffle board and a bar. Another 2 rooms down there. So for our group each family got their own floor of bedrooms, plus a bathroom on each floor, which was very nice.
The above ground pool in the back is great, and heated which was nice even in August. We didnt use the hot tub or the garage with a ping pong table, but again, nice features to have.
The location of the house is perfect. Its off the beaten path, but easy enough to find. Close to downtown Ludlow, close to buttermilk falls and close to Plymouth state park. Nothing was more than a 15-20 minute drive.
And as a side note, the homeowner Amy was lovely. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Would definitely recommend for any big group looking for a nice time in the Ludlow area.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property is in a nice area surrounded by fresh green air. The pool was fantastic, and it was cleaned the day we got there. The game room with shuffleboard was a huge hit with the family, as was the hot tub. It was a great base to visit a few small towns, great hiking trails and for just relaxing.
There were a few hiccups, but they were attended to promptly. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very good weekend, But the air conditioning system was not to enjoy after all the activities of the day. We ran short of the supplies provided. There was a terrible smell near the jacuzzi.

The owner provided information ahead of our stay that made settling in seamless. She couldn’t have been nicer.

House was exactly as described, was plenty clean and well stocked. Was amazing for skiers and non skiers alike as the house had plenty to do between the fireplaces, hot tub, shuffleboards etc. One of our favorite parts was the custom extra long dining room table that accommodated all of us. Not a bad bedroom in the house. Would certainly recommend and hope to visit again! Thanks Amy!

The property was perfect for our large group to go skiing! Very short drive to Okemo, and plenty of beds and space for everyone. The house had so many games and activities (pool, shuffleboard, hot tub to name a few) which kept us busy at all times. Amy was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
