Frangista Beach Dog friendly property 1-2 non-aggressive adult dogs each under 25 lb. Owners must bring crate. Pet fee is $300 plus tax During peak periods this property has 7-night minimum, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. Seabreeze is perfect for your next beach vacation! Three bedrooms and three baths sleeping 12. This home has been professionally designed with an abundance of upgrades including polished concrete floors, wood-planked walls and a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and Cambria quartz countertops. There is plenty of space for everyone in Seabreeze! Relax and enjoy two separate living areas as well as an indoor and outdoor dining area. Enjoy the sea breezes as you dine outdoors on the patio under the arbor. There are two outdoor areas for grilling while you splish-splash in the pool! We had a fabulous time, This is our fourth time renting with Frangista they are the best. The Seabreeze was very nice on the inside the outside is kinda deceiving, the pool was great, they do need to invest in better beds all our guests said the beds were not good. Also could use more things in the kitchen such as measuring cups. But we had a fabulous time.

These are the reasons that we like this dog friendly house: Short walk to the private beach (with chairs and umbrella), Nice little pool and private fenced yard, the air conditioning works well:), and the king sized bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The only thing is that this is an older home, so don't expect fancy bathrooms with walk in showers. The kitchen has been renovated, but nothing else. We live in an older home so that's fine with us, but if you want modern everything, it might not be for you. Some instructions for the living room TV would be nice, but it worked after some help from management. Perfect for us and our dog, Callie. Thanks for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our second stay at Seabreeze. The house is perfect for 3 couples with an open floor plan, private bedrooms, great fenced-in pool area, and short walk to the beach. The living room furniture could use an update, but all in all the house suited our needs.

Could use new furniture.
This property was adequate with the exception of front lounging space, the outdoor fake wicker furniture was not usable. The living room furniture should also be replaced, very uncomfortable. On a positive note the space was great and proximity to beach and shopping was good. I would use this rental again for sure if the furniture was replaced and perhaps a recliner or two was added. Also there is something living in the attic, probably a raccoon, the soffit was pulled down and we could hear something up there early morning like between 2-4am.

The house was great! Pool is not heated, but is plenty warm. The master bedroom was great, bed very comfy. The bedroom with the 2 queens was ok, both beds squeek alot and the shower is very small. We didnt use the 3 rd bedroom. Kitchen was great. The pool area is very nice, but be careful not to walk on “grass” by the door with bare feet, it has pokey things in it. The front patio area worked very well for barbequing, eating and lounging, a great place for morning coffee.

Overall the house was nice, some of the furniture needs to be replaced but were still functional. Master bedroom door didn't close so no privacy there. I would suggest a new central air system as the portable ac in the rooms don't keep it cool enough for most. The house fit our needs and kitchen was fully stocked and the private pool is big plus. The short walk to the beach about 3blocks was nice as well. Property management was friendly and attentative, I messaged the maintenance at 10pm and he responded with 5mins.

Charming home, lovely stay
We had a wonderful week at Seabreeze! It was the perfect size and set up for my husband and I , 2 teenagers and 2 little dogs.
The home clean and well furnished. I was concerned that the neighborhood might be noisy, but it wasn’t a problem at all.
Check in was all done through an app, and was as easy as could be.
Just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and close to shopping and restaurants.
I do wish the pool could have been heated. I would have gladly paid a surcharge for it.

We had a great time at Seabreeze. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, updated kitchen with all needed utensil supplies, pots, pans, dishes, etc. TV was great with lots of channels and On Demand. It had such a beautiful fenced in private backyard with a pool (not heated) and amazing landscaping. A few short blocks from the Gulf, shopping and restaurants. Already reserved it for next year!

Great time
The only issues we had were that the pool filter wasn’t working but that was addressed. And the A/C was not good. Only the master bedroom felt cool and people in other rooms had trouble sleeping because it was too hot. Overall a great location. The owner should consider getting a golf cart to rent with the property

Great stay
We loved our stay here. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photo-we thought it was a full size pool. However it's super close to the beautiful beach, and the house was clean and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfy!
