stunning views. also we got stranded in a local town during a storm, couldn’t get a taxi, so the concierge came out in his own car and picked us up. absolutely amazing service!

The swimming pool was not cool and you had to pay to use it. Our room had a kitchen with no utensils pots or pans, cutlery or plates cups and glasses, seemed a bit of a waste of money. The Terrace bar was not a Terrace bar, just some tables and chairs outside, there was a serving point in Reception where you could buy drinks. breakfast was average.

The walk to Porto Santo Stefano is pedestrianised and is very nice. Good location.

Breakfast was very poor. Very low quality products, we would never buy such cheap quality granola, ham or juice. The hotel only had one man clearing tables, taking hot drinks orders and serving guests at breakfast. He tried his best but the hotel should have provided more staff. Tinny, twinkly music that just grated. The reception man cracked his knuckles repeatedly whilst he welcomed us to the hotel room. The girl twiddled her hair when dealing with us. Very poor.

The room was not clean and the oven did not work. The pool was dirty and run down and the female receptionist was very rude and tried to over charge us and would not give us a breakdown of the final bill.

I took advantage of an offer on booking.com and paid $180 a night for a room that apparently was offered for even dearer price. The room, compared to other hotels in the same area at similar price, was very basic. No chairs to sit, only one bedside lamp, the shower was clogged, the shower curtain was very old and pretty disgusting, 4 hangers in the wardrobe, the TV screen looks more like a laptop screen. The window was facing the bottom of the parking hill, so every guests coming to or from the parking could look into the room from the top, and also into the bathroom. Overall the price felt very expensive for the quality received. Breakfast was very good, staff helpful and nice

The lifts got stuck. The rooftop bar was closed in July!!! They had a terrible unhelpful attitude. The beach cost extra.

We were not allowed to check in due to declaration of covid symptoms.

We have covid symptoms and the owners told us we were not allowed to check into our room and they refuse to refund us our money.

Missed our restaurant booking although we booked 1 month In advance and also said they would have electric charging for the car, but did not have this. However staff very friendly and tried to make it right.

The location is amazing,has a private beach which is awesome,staff are very kind ( but the majority of them are young students spending their summer here and they are not ready to sort out more complicated problems),the food-both breakfast and dinner are very tasty however I missed fresh orange juice in the morning

The air conditioner was so loud in the balcony that I couldn’t sleep. The location is amazing but very difficult to go out if you don’t have a car You can walk to the center in a pathway with tunnels but it seemed not very reassuring using it in the dark It seems the hotel only knows one taxi driver in the whole town and if he is busy that is a problem/they could not find a solution

everything!!! we stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and that’s why we came back. Now though it’s completely terrible!! it’s not a 4 star hotel!! maybe 2 stars would be more suitable. 1) it’s outdated ( no trust me it’s not a topical Mediterranean style ) 2) it’s dirty and hygiene is poor - the mattress of sofa bed my kids supposed to sleep on was disgusting, full of all sorts of stains: urine, sweat ,etc , it was really old because it was falling in . how did we discovered it was another hotel’s fail: they didn’t prepare the bed so when we pulled out the sofa bed we had nasty double surprise! 3 ) breakfast!!!- ants waking around the food on the buffet table!!!!!!! and at the end when we requested a partial refund for the disgusting bed , the manager would avoid us and staff response was that they wouldn’t be able to change this bed because all of them are like this!!!!!!!
