Superb location with great facilities. The old auberge charm with the comfort of modern accommodation. Friendly Staff all around Great breakfast and Bar. Close enough to Santo Stephano for a bit of quiet and piece.

Everything. It’s much better in person that in the photo. Alessandra at the reception was fantastic and the private deck was very relaxing.

Friendly staff and lovely views from our room with good breakfast with a good variety of food.
Soul less with harsh lighting. Dinner was a disappointment in a harshly lit poor atmosphere dining area

The walk to Porto Santo Stefano is pedestrianised and is very nice. Good location.
Breakfast was very poor. Very low quality products, we would never buy such cheap quality granola, ham or juice.
The hotel only had one man clearing tables, taking hot drinks orders and serving guests at breakfast. He tried his best but the hotel should have provided more staff.
Tinny, twinkly music that just grated.
The reception man cracked his knuckles repeatedly whilst he welcomed us to the hotel room. The girl twiddled her hair when dealing with us. Very poor.
