Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff della reception e della sala. Un plauso ai ragazzi dell'animazione, davvero coinvolgenti, educati e bravissimi. Per il senza glutine attenzione e buona scelta.
Male il servizio dei bagnini, soprattutto in piscina. Un pomeriggio verso le 18:00 entro in piscina al lato più alto (da premettere che so nuotare ma non sono la Pellegrini) e l'acqua la sento pesante, mi arriva quasi alla bocca. Volendo fare un tratto a nuotare ad un certo punto vado sotto, risalgo dopo poco avendo ingoiato acqua e non riuscendo a respirare. Pensavo di morire, fino a quando sono riuscita a gridare aiuto e a riprendere a nuotare ma nessuno e dico nessuno si è girato o è venuto in soccorso. Sono viva per miracolo. Per questo dovrei dare 1 se non proprio 0

Otelin konumu ve peyzaji cok güzeldi. Cocuklar icin cok güzel oyun alanlari vardi. Sanki yazlik bir köy havasindaydi. Personel iyi ve güleryüzlüydü.
Yemeklerde secenek biraz daha fazla olabilirdi. İtalyada kahvaltıda özellikle sebze meyve peynir seçeneklerini, güzel domatesler görmeyi bekliyor insan

Die Architektur und Gestaltung der Außenanlagen war sehr schön. Der Pool war schön groß und das Meer nicht weit.
Jeden Abend wurde bis 0 Uhr laute Musik gespielt, so dass die Nachtruhe gestört war. Weiterhin war der Schallschutz innerhalb des Gebäudes zur Nachbareinheit schlecht. Man hat die Toilettenspülung gehört.
Auch das Animationsteam hat etwas übertrieben. Am Vormittag wurde sehr laut am Strand agiert und am Nachmittag dann am Pool.

Overall it was a good stay.
Only concern was the room we booked was not at all like what we were offered.
After a very long a heated discussion with the managers who were not accomodating or respectful finally came around and moved us into the room we actually booked. From then on the stay was great :)
