Location - convenient to Piazza Marconi bus service. Although local buses had very limited hours and did not run on Sundays. I had no car, but parking was free and easy. Bed/room - adequate although I would recommend contacting host about linen changes/bedding changes. My towels were changed at times once per week. Patti Marina beach is close, however if you are without a vehicle the bus hours are limited and it is a steep walk up hill.
Breakfast - not good, packaged junk food (nothing fresh).
Terrace - closed. Communal kitchen, no pots/pans/utensils with which to cook, limited to microwave.
Washing Machine - non existent, room locked for cleaning staff only.
Restaurants - limited within the old part of town.
Had to purchase my own toilet paper and bottled water, as at times this wasn't provided.
