The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay 🙂 The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the TV with Netflix was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. Free on-site parking is a big plus. Breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. We'd happily come back and recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, I loved the pool and SPA which was simple but surprisingly pleasant. Spa included pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna and very nice relax room. Really nice breakfast included with no extra fee with variety to chose, really good. The receptionist was professional, really helpful and nice. I would give the SPA and the service 10 points. We had nice size family room (more than enough for 3 people) and they surprised us by giving us a room with small balcony which was unexpected and big plus. I loved it. The whole hotel and room was clean with nicely equipped kitchenet, fridge and TV in both rooms. The hotel is older but nicely renovated and I would definitely come back again.
The downsize was no elevator in the hotel which was not an issue for us but I can see the challenge for an older person. Also we had non functional TV in room 110. The receptionist tried to find a solution but he could not fix it. As we stayed only one night it was not a big deal. The management was too kind to offer a bottle of sparkling wine as an apology which was touching and we did appreciate it.

Unfortunately following basic agreements is hard. I have requested two beds in a room and instead I got a double. Also the phone number left for urgent cals was never picked up by anyone just 15-20 minutes after the reception closed.
