The size of the room and it's view. The overall cozy authentic feel to the surroundings and the rooms. Staff was nice.
The dinner was horrendous, clearly everything was frozen and not fresh. Chewy meat, factory bread, etc. Requires special drive to visit Petra, there is nothing around. Everything seems to require some refreshments (bathrooms, windows, pool had better days)
