First, the receptionists (evening & morning) were super helpful and courteous. Breakfast was also amazing, and there was a bus/ tram stop just a walking distance from the hotel. The view from our room was awesome too. We loved it there.

Nice hotel, clean, room is not that big, but very good for what we actually needed-to have a place for the shower and sleep. Do not expect luxury. In front of the hotel is bus which will take you directly to the city center in 20min.

Its location is good so as to access to the buses or trams to travel to the city. And also restaurants are nearby.
Bathroom floor which often used to get wet and remains wet most of the time as we use the mirror and the wash basin
Shower gel was not available.

Location was good. Just nearby the tram statiin.
The breakfast was totally insufficient.
Also the beds was calling double, we rrserved double bur beds were seperated and there was a thick wood block between the beds. So definetely order extra bed for your kids. Plus we asked from reception to change or solve that issue, because it was not mentioning on the website like that, but they just ignored the request.
