Great staff and location.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the location was perfect, and the massages we got were great.

There were dogs barking a lot and both nights we stayed there the dogs woke me up with their barking in the middle of the night. The massage was great but the masseuse needs better music. She played the same song . Every time the song was done loud obnoxious music began to play and she would have to leave the massage and switch the music.

Jako lijep i ugodan odmor. Sadržaji odlični i za odrasle i djecu.

Doručak nam je bio fin, večera odlična. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno i njima dajemo posebnu pohvalu. Lokacija je odlična, lijepo uređeno, u prirodi, jako blizu sporednog ulaza na Plitvice.

Great location. Literally walking distance to entrance 3 so you can come and go from national park.

Not much around in terms of restaurants and some only take cash.

Superb

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was really nice! Beautiful wooden interior, little kitchen and pull out sofa.. It is very children friendly, there is a mini-zoo, mini-golf, darts and pool table and wellness. There are 2 jaccuzzi outside for free of charge, but the water was quite cold, so I did not use it... The breakfast is really nice with lots of home-made produce... and we had dinner at the restaurant which was nice too.. The hotel is in the middle of the National Park, close to the hiking paths, but quite a drive from any shops or other facilities. Close to also to the Lakes...

Very beautiful place, super close to the park, with terrific beds and showers. Very nice people!

Perfect location for getting into the park! Restaurant on site was very good. Didn’t need to go anywhere else during our 2 night stay. people were very nice, we had especially pleasant interactions with Sidart. Thank you. ♥️

We had an injured co-traveller with us who would have benefitted by use of the hot tub. It was not in service. Some vegetarian items were not available at the restaurant.

Amazing girls weekend

Everything was incredible. It was the cutest little facility with anything you could ever want and was in amazing condition. It was super close to entrance 2 of the lakes. The food was also very yummy! The staff were some of the sweetest people I have met. They were so kind and welcome and I loved spending time talking to them and getting to know them. They were also very accommodating and let us check out late and leave our bags while we explored the lakes. I absolutely loved the archery. We booked this place on a whim without much research and it turned into one of my favorite stays I have ever had. It was so cozy! I also loved all the animals.

Great food and activities for children. Plitvice lakes are just near by

Great breakfast from the local groceries, very nice staff from all around the world.

The room might be better and bigger bathroom too.

Exceptional

Everything was more then perfect. We missed snow but did not regret it at all. rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast, wellness, activities, you have everything what you want and need.Nature and park are beautiful. Service is also the best, friendly and positive.

Cozy place in a great location

Location was amazing, just a short walk to the park entrance 3. Staff were friendly and attentive, and able to arrange transportation to and from the bus stop. At check in, they shared the location of the best view point in the entire park and it was our favorite part of the trip.

The restaurant's food could be improved, a lot of it was bland and heavy. Some lighter options for dinner would be great.

Staff was wonderfully friendly. Facilities were beautiful and breakfast was plentiful. I loved the variety of offerings at the breakfast buffet: quiche, crepes, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals, sweet breads, pudding...etc

lovely hotel i would like to visit again!

The hotel is very close to the National Park. The animal farm was very cute :)

one of the big hotel dogs (the younger one) showed possessive aggression towards us (and other guests too) and towards my little puppy, we couldn't enjoy the walk in the garden because of him moreover we had to hide from that dog(like other guests had to), since he was jumping on us all the time, while i protected my puppy and he ignored every commands :( (the older hotel dog was so calm, and well behaved, so sad this younger one was aggressive all the time, definitely not playful!) hotel breakfast; coffee and scrambled egg wasn't so nice

Beautiful location and facilities highlight this luxury hotel tucked away near Plitvice Lakes

Best part is easily the location. Located near the "3rd entrance" to the National Park it was a short walk to the trails (5 min). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice with multiple bathrooms (stayed in a family room). Food was delicious and staff in the restaurant were funny and kind.

The mini fridges were small for us as we were trying to store water for the hike the next day. The connecting door between rooms did not have a way to be reopened when closed (broken lock). The darts machine did not seem to work.

Location-Location-Location

Location! 5' walk to the famous secret entrance 3 of Plitvice (no crowds, no lines). A very cosy restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast-buffet is good. Dinner is not expensive; and very good. (I recommend the lamb-stu). Tip : We had a 2-day ticket for Plitvice (bought online). The park is open until 20:00; but ticket-office closes at 17:00. After 16:00 the park get less crowded; and after 17:00 all the crowds are gone!

We had a room with dormers under the roof. The airco didn't work that well; so it was a bit too warm to sleep.

Disappointing

The room was big and warm with lots of wood. A third entrance to the Plitvicer lakes can be reached easily by foot. The hotel area has a lot of potential and the surroundings are very green.

It was one of the worst hotel stays in our life. At one bedside lamp the cable was cut through, at the other one the plug was damaged. The replacement was forgotten the first time. There was an information with a phone number to reach the reception, but at the old phone in the room the cable was cut too. The rain dropped through the window in the room and on the water boiler that had (surprise, surprise) a connection to electricity. When we opened the window, we found a net of wasps. Due to the weather we booked the sauna and the whirlpool. The water of the whirlpool was so cold, you could not sit in it without freezing. When we tried to start it, we had the knob in our hand. Allthough we booked the sauna several hours ago, it was started when we came. The booking window was one hour, so we had a sauna of 35 degrees, a little bit increasing over the time. In the restaurant 50% of the light bulbs were broken and nobody seems to care about it. We wondered a little bit about the staff. Right in the middle of nowhere, with no public connection to any small city or town, 80% of the line staff were people from India and we got the impression, that they were not happy to be there, which we understood quite well.

Very nice hotel, especially for families, as starting point for visits to Plitvice Park in beautiful surroundings.

Comfortable hotel in beautiful area, with picturesque scenery and with excellent location for a visit to Plitvice national park, at only 10 minutes from (informal) entrance 3 (at P3 starting point for lower lakes walk). Nice restaurant on location and very friendly and nice staff. Many activities possible on site (mini golf, archery, petting zoo,

Accommodation is charming, but the upkeep of gardens and petting zoo could do with bit of extra care. Noisy generator operated water pump was running a lot during our stay (and last morning when it was off at 7:00 AM we didn’t have any water from the tabs or shower). Welness services were limited during our stay.
