Was very easy to reach it, very clean and comfortable bed

the junior room size was very good. Breakfast very good and great facilities (pool, spa). We've enjoyed the stay and the staff was very nice.
I was expecting an extra sleeping space in the junior room, but we had to order an extra bed.

The hotel is decently renovated and offers all required facilities. It's situated on the side of town, in a quiet area and at the start to a number of fun mountain trails. The views from the windows were fabulous, with green forests and foggy mountains.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer our requests and creative in solving problems.
The WiFi worked pretty well, both in the room and in the lobby.
The room was insanely hot. Like, extremely so. To the point that I had to keep the window open just to be able to breathe inside, while wearing almost nothing. It was not possible to turn it off, actually as the staff explained, the heat was "off" in the room itself, but the HVAC system was so badly designed, that if a neighbouring room used its heating, then it would "pass through" my room as well, rendering it un-inhabitable. The worst part was that my experience was not singular, I was visiting with a group of over 10 people, and half of them reported the exact same problem. The only saving grace was the fact that outside temperatures were cool enough, otherwise I cannot imagine staying in this place during summer (there didn't appear to be any "cooling" option whatsoever). Just as a reference point: I left an un-opened chocolate bar on the nightstand, and it was melted and runny in the morning. The melting point of milk chocolate is around 40 degrees Celsius; enough said...
Leaving aside the heating situation, the room furnishings were not up to the level of the prices, which mainly cover the location: no USB charging points at all, and every existing wall plug already filled with something (lights, etc.). The TV was old and just a bit larger than a laptop screen. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable (the tired combination of two single beds tied together to form a "matrimonial" one, but leaving a gap in the middle that invited dropping into. Combined with the heat and old pillows, it made for a restless night.
