The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even offering to pick me up from and take me back to a restaurant in town. Despite me being the only guest, they provided an extensive breakfast buffet and even cooked eggs to order. I was also able to store my bicycle safely at the hotel.
At around €20 when converted, the breakfast was on the expensive side, although it was very well prepared and offered a good selection. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, which made for a challenging climb for me as a cyclist. The restaurant in the hotel itself was not open. The door of the shower cabin opened to the inside, making it impossible to close it once you stepped into it.

The room was spacious, clean and had an Illy coffee machine.
The whole point of staying at this remote place was it‘s highly advertised restaurant, which is closed (temporarily or permanently, I do not know) without prior announcement.
Also the price for breakfast (~€20/pax) seemed really elevated, so we did not try.
Staff was mostly absent and came by car when called.
I am sure, when working normally, this is a very good pick and comfy place. For our stay now, we were rather disappointed and will not come again.
