Breakfast was in need of diversity as the same items were put out on the counter every day. Same eggs/sausage/gravy.
Toilet paper was very flimsy and better quality of tissue needed.

breakfast could need more planning menu, such as add bacon, sausage links, and grits. This would give the guest more variety of items to choose from.
the help cleaning and mingling as she whips up around the area. It was annoying.

The common areas and the 3 rooms I had to be changed to were all very clean. The cleaning staff was friendly, always had a smile and did a great job. The description says across from a university, there wasn't one, Two streets had busy roadways, one had a fast food drive through and one had some trees. Not as big as it looks in the picture, but an okay place to stay for a few days.
Front desk staff seemed bored and disinterested whenever I spoke to them, as if I was disturbing them. This happened when I needed help with a room change, which I had to request two times before they got it right because person didn't know which rooms had walk in shower or not. Often desk had no one there because they were outside smoking. No security, front desk didn't stop anyone either, you can walk in building and walk by front desk to the room; at least you needed a room key to get to pool but pool is near parking area and visible. Pool was very clean.
