Hall carpeting had an odor; beds were comfortable; would prefer blankets because the comforters are too warm; bathroom shower had hairs and bugs in it.

Across street from Tanger outlets. They used personal vehicles for barricade in parking lot so you had to enter and leave from one place. Overall room was filthy, smelled and was disappointing. Staff wasn't very helpful and not really interested in helping you. Wouldn't take much to bring this place back up but they are lacking care and pride in ownership.

This hotel is TRASH, full of CRACKHEADS. Although it may be across the streets from the outlets, there are cleaner ones within a mile of this dump.

SleepInn price was good but overall experience was terrible. Checkin clerk must have had a bad day with no customer service experience. Walking down the hallway was a very bad smell. Room looked nice until it was time to use the restroom and go to bed. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Had to flush 6 times in order for everything to flush. Spoke with clerk from earlier and she stated it does that. I said not to flush for 6 times that’s ridiculous! Getting back to going to bed, it seemed like the people outside the room in the hall and the people next door was inside the room. There were no privacy at all! I will never ever sleep at a SleepInn!!!!!

The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Check in was a bit strange, it did not feel very welcoming. The person at the desk was polite but I was asked to leave a security deposit even though I am clearly not under 25 and they still have everything blocked off so you can not even reach the desk when asked to sign papers. No breakfast in the morning and the pool never opened before we had to check out. Overall, we had a good nights sleep but the amenities were lacking.

There Expedia Site says nothing about an age requirement and it says that guests of any age at this property are considered adults and they refused to service us due to an age requirement. They told us we could come back with someone 21 and gave our room away before the night was over and they were sold out.

Will never stay at this place again and will not recommend to anybody. This inn smells, filthy with terrible customer service !!! At the check in we were given a notice that the pool is closed ( in the middle of summer), so for 3 days we had no pool. Service desk staff was so rude and made smart remark that we paid for the room, but not for the pool. Both restrooms in the lobby were closed as well ( see pictures). The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The pillows were lumpy, felt like they were made of cotton balls. The room was smelly and so dirty (see the pictures), that coffee maker wasn't cleaned for weeks. The house keeping crew should be invisible to customers, instead on early morning they were so loud and woke up everyone. In the room next to us one made were talking on her phone on speaker for 20 minutes so loud, that i can write a book about her biography (so disrespectful and no consideration of others). We travel a lot and this place were one of the worst experience.

Would never stay at this location again. Our room smelled like mold I told the manager and ask for a different room even offered to pay more her reply was that they have not had anyone else say anything about the smell so she wasn’t going to do anything for me I complained about this three times and all I got was smart remarks back very poor customer service.

Overall experience was good. One thing I noticed was the walls were a bit thin, we could hear snoring from the next room. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay. Clean bathroom and shower, comfortable beds. Had a good night's rest.

We chose this hotel for its location. Good, central location for house hunting. However while checking in for our 5 night stay we were advised there would be no housekeeping. I understand that staffing is an issue these days but I would have expected something! Hallways were only vacuumed every other day. Considering everywhere we went we were met with Southern friendliness, not so here. This was a reasonably priced hotel, so I wasn’t expecting 5 star standards but it definitely lacked all around.

One of the entrances to the parking lot was blocked off with a vehicle making it difficult to get in and out of the lot. The lobby is dark as hell, the front desk is protected by armored glass, and they gig you a 100 dollar “incidentals” security deposit when you check in. But they don’t tell you that before you book. Fail!

The staff were nice. The room was the perfect size for my family. The rooms and the linens need to be cleaned better. We found stains on the beds and the curtains, the ac and the floors needed a good clean. But overall an ok experience.

The lady at check-in was not friendly at all. The room was decorated nice but all of the hotel doors looked damaged and scratched. The toilet was running when we got in the room and after 3 uses completely stopped working. The downstairs bathrooms were also out of order so by the morning there were no bathrooms for us to use. We had to rush to leave! That morning when we woke up we also had bugs in our room. The breakfast area was cramped also. The beds were comfortable enough and it was quiet.

The property itself was fine. Beds comfortable. However, upon getting my bags packed the next morning they had been invaded overnight with larder beetles. They were in everything! It was disgusting.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS LAX . I HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK FOR COFFEE PODS FOR SECOND AND THIRD MORNING THE TRASH WAS NOT EMPTIED IN ROOM OR THE BATHROOM NOT CLEANED AND THE BED WAS NOT MADE THE ICE BUICKET HAD A LINER THAT APPEARED TO VERY OLD AND DIRTY THAT IN ITS SELF WAS A TURN OFF

The staff would use their cars to block the exits. We could hardly ever get out of the parking lot, ever! Our refrigerator didn’t work Al all and our food went bad. The smell of cigarette smoke made you sick. Don’t ever stay there!
